We are currently filling multiple full-time and 6+ part-time armed positions across high-threat and high-asset environments, including school campuses, state-level government contracts, and premium corporate facilities within Jefferson County. Additionally, high-performing operators will have immediate opportunities to deploy on lucrative out-of-state traveling contracts for disaster relief and emergency response operations.
Training & Compensation
- Pay Scale: $26.00 to $55.00/hour. Local armed positions start at $26.00/hour, with Expert Security Tiers and Team leads reaching over $40.00/hour. High-pay tiers and travel contracts are awarded based on performance and specialized capabilities.
- Shifts: 8 to 12 hours, depending on mission and site requirements.
- Licensing & Advancement: We train in-house and will fully sponsor qualified applicants for the Louisville Metro Armed Guard Card.

Minimum Qualifications
To ensure the safety of our clients and teams, applicants must meet at least one of the following stringent criteria. There are no exceptions.
- Military: Minimum of 4 years of active or reserve military experience in a Combat Arms MOS with an Honorable or Medical Discharge.
- Law Enforcement: Minimum of 4 years of experience as a full-time, sworn law enforcement officer. Must have completed a state-accredited academy (minimum 18 weeks or equivalent) and left the department in good standing with a clean record.
- Private Security: Minimum of 8 years of verifiable experience as an armed security officer working on high-level state or federal contracts with a flawless performance history.
General Requirements: * Must possess a clean criminal history (zero felony or violent misdemeanor convictions).
- Must possess a reliable means of communication (modern smartphone capable of running operational apps).
Preferred Qualifications
- One or more combat deployments.
- Specialized tactical background (SWAT, SRT, K9 Handler, EOD, PJ, SF, etc.).
- Documented instructor credentials from an accredited military, law enforcement, or federal agency.
