As a Personal Training Director, you will be in charge of the following:
- Increasing the monthly revenue through personal training sales.
- Hiring and developing a sales team.
- Overseeing Personal trainers and making sure they are fully booked with clients
- Servicing personal training clients.
- Creating marketing strategies in club.
- Putting members through an assessment and helping them achieve their goals

Duties
- Engage in outside sales activities by prospecting new clients across diverse markets, including retail and commercial sectors
- Build strong relationships through effective communication, negotiation, and personalized customer service
- Conduct needs analysis to recommend suitable insurance solutions such as health, property casualty, or commercial insurance policies
- Assist with sales administration tasks including preparing proposals, processing applications, and maintaining accurate client records
- Collaborate with marketing teams to develop outreach strategies and promotional campaigns that drive business growth
- Stay informed on industry regulations, insurance compliance standards, and product knowledge to ensure accurate advice and adherence to policies
- Support benefits administration efforts by explaining policy options and coverage details to clients
- Experience with telemarketing or customer service roles enhances outreach effectiveness
- Bilingual proficiency in additional languages supports broader market engagement
