Computer skills are required. This full-time position is full-days on Monday through Thursday, with flexibility for Friday hours.
Job duties include:
- Rooming patients and obtaining a history
- Assisting in procedures
- Cleaning and stocking exam and procedure rooms
- Following up on test results
- Assist healthcare providers during patient examinations by preparing rooms, gathering supplies, and ensuring smooth clinical workflows
- Accurately document patient encounters in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems in real time, including history, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans
- Provide excellent patient service by addressing questions, offering comfort measures, and ensuring a positive experience throughout their visit
- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with patients of diverse backgrounds and healthcare teams
- Ability to multitask efficiently in fast-paced settings while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism
