We’re looking for dependable, energetic team members to join our brand-new Forté x Bestia Blooms Cafe, located inside one of Knoxville’s premier high-intensity, low-impact Pilates studios.
This is the perfect job for someone who enjoys working with people, has a positive attitude, and loves coffee. No barista experience? No problem—we’ll teach you everything you need to know.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare coffee, matcha, refreshers, and other specialty drinks
- Provide exceptional customer service to studio members and guests
- Take orders and process transactions
- Maintain a clean, organized café
- Restock supplies and assist with opening and closing duties
- Help create a welcoming, upbeat atmosphere

Schedule
Hours vary based on the class schedule.
Typical operating hours are approximately:
- 6:30 AM opening shifts
- Closing shifts ending around 7:30 PM, depending on the final Pilates class
Morning availability is a huge plus.
