Overview
We are a family owned, Import Wrecking yard. In this position you will be stocking transmissions, transfer cases and differentials in our warehouse. You will also be doing body cuts with a sawzall, removing glass, dismounting tires, and moving cars with a forklift. You will be working as part of a team in our shop, so good communication and the ability to work in a team environment is important.
Responsibilities
- Inspecting and stocking used transmissions, differentials, and transfer cases.
- Moving cars and placing them in our yard. also pulling old cars to scrap.
- Proven experience working in the automotive industry with a minimum of one year of mechanic experience.
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other automotive maintenance tools effectively.
- Experience driving a large forklift preferred.
- Dismounting tires.
- Assisting our shop team in various other tasks.
Pay: From $19.00 per hour
