Assistant Manager - Car Wash Operations
Pay: Starting at $16.00+ per hour

Rich's Car Wash, a family-owned express car wash company with 45+ locations across six states, is seeking an Assistant Manager to help lead at our Tallassee, AL location.

What You'll Do
- Help recruit, train, coach, and develop team members.
- Lead by example and help create a positive, accountable work environment.
- Promote Unlimited Wash Club memberships and coach team members on sales and customer engagement.
- Deliver outstanding customer service and resolve customer concerns professionally.
- Assist with staffing, scheduling, labor management, and daily operations.
- Ensure the site remains clean, safe, and operating efficiently.
- Help achieve goals related to memberships, sales, customer satisfaction, and overall performance.
What We're Looking For
- Previous leadership, supervisory, or team lead experience preferred.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Sales-minded and motivated by achieving goals.
- Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and dependable attendance.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Experience in retail, restaurant, hospitality, automotive services, fitness memberships, wireless sales, or other customer-focused industries is strongly encouraged.

Physical Requirements
To perform the essential functions of this position, candidates must be able to:
- Stand and walk for extended periods throughout a shift.
- Frequently bend, squat, kneel, crouch, twist, and reach.
- Regularly lift, carry, push, and pull up to 25 pounds.
- Occasionally lift up to 50 pounds.
- Work around moving vehicles and equipment in a fast-paced environment.
- Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat, humidity, rain, cold, and direct sunlight.
