Medical Assistant (MA) needed for Full Time position with dermatology office in downtown St. Petersburg and St. Pete Beach.
Previous experience with Electronic Medical Record (EMR) preferred. Practice is busy, and MA expected to thrive in quick paced environment. This is a great position for either an experienced Dermatology Medical Assistant or aspiring nursing students, nurse practitioner, physician assistant or medical school candidates looking for direct patient care hours.
Job Responsibilities: assisting physician with patient's skin checks and minor cosmetic/laser procedures, assisting in surgical procedures/biopsies, assisting with scheduling appointments/phone calls, and providing the highest quality care to patients.
Work hours Monday through Friday only, no nights or weekends. Work hours 8AM-5PM.
