Summary of Work
Work activities include providing supervision, security, instruction, habilitation, and assistance to adult women in attaining treatment goals within a correctional facility.
Duties and Tasks
- Supervise adult women within an institutional setting.

Establish and maintain workable, trusting relationships to facilitate group behavior management and individual direction for adult women.

Function as a treatment team member to assist in identifying and developing strategies to meet individual treatment needs; provide services to facilitate implementation of individual and group treatment plans.

Implement disciplinary action in accordance with established policies and procedures.

Provide program orientation and conduct group meetings with adult women upon admission and as required.

Observe, identify and interpret behavior patterns; utilize appropriate behavior management approach and crisis intervention techniques as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Work experience with the primary focus in youth/adult care, supervision and intervention. A Bachelor's degree is preferred. Start date 7/6/2026.
