We are looking for a friendly, dependable Customer Service Associate to join our team. This role is a key part of creating a positive customer experience and supporting our mission of delivering high-quality products and service.
What You’ll Do
- Assist customers via phone, email, and/or chat
- Answer questions about orders, products, and services
- Resolve issues in a timely, professional manner
- Process orders, returns, and account updates as needed
- Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

- Ability to multitask and stay organized
- Problem-solving mindset
- Comfortable using computers and basic software systems
- Previous customer service experience.
- Experience with Shopify a plus.
