THE OPPORTUNITY
As an HVAC Service Technician at Comfort by Design, you'll be at the forefront of delivering exceptional service to our valued customers. First-year total compensation target range of $68,000-100,000, with unlimited potential for growth!
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems using the latest technology
- Build lasting relationships with customers while providing expert guidance
- Join a collaborative team environment focused on growth and excellence
- Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead in the industry
WHAT YOU BRING
- 4+ years of HVAC experience (EPA & NATE Certification is a plus)
- Strong communication skills and customer service mindset
- Valid driver's license and commitment to professionalism
- Basic computer skills and attention to detail
