Job Title: Job Site Specific Safety Mgr – CO/WY Area
Summary Plans and implements organization safety program to meet or exceed the needs of Belair Stakeholders.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.
1. Plans and implements safety policies and procedures in compliance with local, state, and federal Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) rules and regulations.
2. Plans and implements programs to train employees in work site safety practices, fire prevention, and correct handling techniques for chemicals, toxins, equipment, and other materials.
3. Prepares studies and analyses of industrial accident causes and hazards to health for use by company personnel and outside agencies.
4. Inspects organization facilities to detect existing or potential accident and health hazards, determine corrective or preventative measures where indicated, and follows up to ensure measures have been implemented.
5. Provides information, signs, posters, barriers, and other materials to warn of potential and actual safety hazards and to prevent access to hazardous conditions.
6. Leads the investigation of accidents and injuries and cooperates in the preparation of material and evidence for organization use in hearings, lawsuits, and insurance investigations.
7. Compiles and submits accident reports required by regulatory agencies.
8. Represents the organization in community or industry safety groups and programs.
9. Maintains safety files and records.
10. Other duties as assigned.

5. Travel - Must be able to travel daily to Cheyenne, WY jobsite.
Education
Must have work experience in construction or engineering safety.
Language Skills
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
Computer Skills
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Database software; Project Management software; Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations
Valid drivers' license
Minimum expectations to obtain and maintain applicable certifications:
Year 1: OSHA10, HAZWOPER40, Excavation/Trenching Competent Person, Confined Space, Fall Protection, Drug & Alcohol for Supervisors.
Year 2: OSHA30, 1st Aid/CPR/AED

Salary: TBD based on experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
