Now Hiring: Breakfast Line Cook (AM Service)
Position Type: Full-time or Part-time
Compensation: Starting at $16/hour
We’re adding a skilled morning cook to support our breakfast and brunch service. This position is well-suited for a cook who’s confident working early shifts, comfortable on a fast-moving line, and enjoys the pace and focus of morning service. You’ll be part of a professional hotel kitchen where consistency, timing, and clean execution matter.
What This Role Involves:
- Preparing and plating breakfast and brunch dishes with consistency and care
- Running an egg or sauté station during active service periods
- Handling a steady flow of tickets while maintaining quality standards
- Completing morning prep and setup to ensure smooth service
- Keeping your station clean, stocked, and in compliance with sanitation guidelines
- Communicating clearly with chefs, expo, and fellow cooks throughout service
- Notifying leadership of prep shortages or equipment concerns
Skills & Experience We Value:
- Previous experience cooking eggs or working sauté during breakfast/brunch
- Strong grasp of basic knife skills and breakfast techniques
- Ability to stay focused and efficient in a high-volume setting
- Working knowledge of food safety and kitchen organization
- Reliable, punctual, and collaborative mindset
