True Chesapeake is an award winning seafood restaurant in Baltimore's Woodberry/Hampden neighborhood near the intersection of Clipper Mill Road and Union Avenue.

Responsibilities
- Prep activities, include chopping, break down, portioning, cutting, weighing, washing and mixing ingredients
- Cooks will be steaming, broiling, frying, sauteing, garnishing and plating.
- Follow prep list and directions from Chef
- Prepare basic components of each dish, side, garnish, etc. on our menu paying strict attention to producing a consistent product based exactly on our recipes
- Memorize and utilize our serving portion sizes and all basic meal prep procedures used in the kitchen
- Ensure that the kitchen, all food prep areas and all food storage areas meet restaurant cleanliness and safety standards
- Monitor product freshness and quality
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
