We are seeking a dedicated and organized Office Assistant to join our client's team. Duties
- Answer and manage incoming calls with professionalism, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette.
- Operate phone systems and assist with front desk responsibilities, including greeting visitors and managing inquiries.
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, maintaining organized records.
- Assist in office management duties such as inventory control, supply ordering, and maintaining a clean workspace.
- Provide clerical support by preparing reports, handling correspondence, and managing files.
- Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and resolving issues promptly.
Experience
- Accounting experience required.
- Previous experience in an administrative or office assistant role is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with phone systems and office management practices is advantageous.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) is essential.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with clients and team members.
