Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, friendly service throughout their visit
- Take accurate orders for drinks and food.
- Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to established recipes and presentation standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations
- Manage cash handling, billing, and POS transactions efficiently while ensuring accuracy in sales records
- Assist with beverage recipe development and contribute ideas for new drink offerings to keep the menu fresh and exciting
Qualifications
- 1 year bartender or bar back experience.
- 1 year serving experience minimum.
- Must be able to carry a tray, and lift up to 30 pounds.
- Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts using strong time management skills
- Familiarity with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
- Basic math skills for retail math calculations related to sales, tips, and cash management.
- Must be available all weekends and holidays.
Pay: From $16.90 per hour
