- Negotiate lease terms and rental offers effectively, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing regulations and industry standards.
- Assist clients in managing real estate transactions from initial inquiry through deal closing, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Collaborate with property management teams to coordinate availability, prepare marketing materials, and promote listings across various channels.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, property viewings, and transaction progress using organizational skills and administrative experience.
- Stay informed about industry trends, local real estate market analysis, and relevant legal considerations such as real estate law to provide accurate guidance.
Experience
- Strong negotiation skills combined with excellent communication abilities to effectively close deals and manage client relationships.
- Multilingual or bilingual capabilities are a plus, enabling better service to diverse client bases.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook) and customer relationship management (CRM) systems supported by the organization.
- Knowledge of fair housing regulations, real estate market analysis, industry trends, and managing real estate transactions is essential.
- Previous administrative experience within real estate or related fields enhances organizational efficiency in this role.
