Amergis |San Bernardino County, CA Compensation: $21–$28 per hour | Weekly Pay
Amergis is seeking a dedicated and professional Behavioral Technician and Instructional Aides to support our Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services throughout San Bernardino County, San Bernardino City and Upland Unified School Districts. This role plays a vital part in helping individuals build meaningful skills through evidence-based behavioral interventions. We are looking for candidates who demonstrate strong integrity, reliability, and a commitment to delivering high-quality care.
Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy or Classroom Support
Implement individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention strategies with accuracy and consistency
Collect and record session data in accordance with Amergis standards
Support clients in developing communication, social, adaptive, and behavioral skills
Maintain compliance with all federal, state, local, and Amergis policies
Collaborate with supervisors, caregivers, and interdisciplinary team members to ensure effective service delivery
High School diploma or equivalent
At least 18 years of age
One years of ABA experience preferred
Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements for Behavioral Technicians
Ability to pass all required background checks
Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor
Experience in School Settings
Experience working with children, adolescents, or individuals with developmental disabilities
Reliable transportation and consistent availability
Competitive hourly pay: $21–$27, based on experience and credentials
