Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food preparation, cooking, and customer service, ensuring adherence to quality standards and safety regulations.
- Oversee inventory control, ordering supplies, and managing food safety protocols to minimize waste and maximize profitability.
- Supervise staff training, development, and performance evaluations to foster a motivated and skilled team.
- Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing, cash handling, and sales reporting.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety standards, including food handling procedures and sanitation practices.
- Handle shift management duties, including scheduling staff, overseeing food production, and resolving customer issues promptly.
- Conduct profit and loss analysis to monitor financial performance and implement strategies for growth.
Requirements
- Proven experience in quick service & fast food restaurant management or related hospitality management roles.
- Strong background in food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety management.
- Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling is essential.
- Demonstrated leadership skills in supervising teams, training staff, and managing restaurant operations efficiently.
- Knowledge of inventory control, budgeting, and profit & loss analysis within a food service environment.
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations professionally.
- Previous experience in casual dining or fine dining environments is a plus; hotel or catering experience is advantageous.
- Ability to manage multiple responsibilities simultaneously while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
