Boat Sales Professional – The Boat Shop at Lake Lanier
Representing Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats & Veranda Pontoons

The Boat Shop on Lake Lanier is looking for a driven, knowledgeable and outgoing Boat Sales Professional to join our team. You’ll represent the industry’s top brands — Centurion Boats, Supreme Boats, and Veranda Pontoons — while sharing your enthusiasm for the lake lifestyle with customers every day.
What We’re Looking For
We’re not just looking for a salesperson — we’re looking for a true water sports enthusiast who can bring passion and expertise to every interaction.
Must-Haves:
- Extreme passion for water sports, especially those Centurion and Supreme dominate — wakesurfing, wakeboarding, and towed water sports.
- Actively involved in the local water sports community and familiar with local and national wake athletes.
- A vision for hosting and promoting water sports events that keep our community engaged and growing.
- Strong knowledge of pro shop gear and the ability to recommend and upsell products to customers.
- Ability to trailer, launch, dock, and operate boats confidently.
- Comfortable providing on-water demonstrations, educating customers on performance features and boat handling.
- Skilled in lead management through CRM systems and timely communication — text, email, and phone — even after hours when needed.
- Strong organization, follow-up, and product knowledge, including the ability to suggest alternate inventory options on the fly.
- Must know how to overcome objections and close deals effectively.
- Availability on weekends and willingness to travel for trainings, dealer meetings, and boat shows.
- Comfortable working on a performance-based pay structure.

Pay: $35,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
