We are seeking a compassionate and dependable Home Health Aide (HHA)/ Personal Care Aide (PCA) to join our team and provide high-quality care to clients in their homes. The ideal candidate will assist patients with activities of daily living, monitor their health, and support their independence and well-being under the direction of a registered nurse or clinical supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients with personal care such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Help with mobility around the home, including transferring from bed to wheelchair
- Perform light housekeeping duties (laundry, dishes, vacuuming, etc.)
- Prepare and serve meals, assist with feeding if necessary
- Monitor and report changes in client’s health, behavior, or needs
- Remind clients to take medications as directed
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Follow a care plan as directed by a nurse or healthcare professional
- Maintain accurate documentation of care provided
Requirements:
- Certified Home Health Aide (HHA) or Personal Care Aide (PCA) Certificate
- Physical
- Ability to Work in the US
- Ability to lift, move, or assist patients as needed
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and dependable
