About This Role
Ninetynine Dreams is seeking detail-oriented, reliable, and organized individuals to join our team as Fulfillment Specialists. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing, packing, and shipping customer orders with precision and care—ensuring every package reflects our brand’s high standards.
You’ll help manage inventory, organize incoming shipments, and collaborate with the team to meet daily fulfillment goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who takes pride in presentation, enjoys hands-on work, and thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with accuracy, speed, and care
- Ensure all packages meet Ninetynine Dreams’ presentation standards
- Receive, count, and organize incoming inventory shipments
- Maintain accurate inventory organization and stock levels
- Perform quality checks on products and packaging before shipment
- Restock shelves and keep storage systems clean and efficient
- Process customer returns and exchanges, including inspection, restocking, and system updates
- Assess returned items for quality and determine restock vs. damage handling
- Monitor and manage packing supplies and materials
- Support inventory counts and basic tracking processes
- Keep workspace clean, organized, and operationally efficient
- Assist with special projects, product launches, and high-volume periods
Qualifications
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency (order management systems, shipping software, spreadsheets)
- Able to quickly learn new tools and systems
- Takes pride in presentation and product quality.
- Physically capable of handling shipments and maintaining inventory organization.
- Brings a positive attitude and team-oriented mindset each day.
Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly Base Pay: $20-22/hour
- Hours: 20–40 hrs/week
