We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Legal Intake Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert advice and solutions to clients, helping them navigate their legal needs and achieve their goals. Salary
Base Salary 30,000 per year plus comissions per contract close
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to understand clients' needs and objectives.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall client satisfaction.
- Utilize financial software to analyze data and present findings to clients effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legal trends and changes in law regulations that may impact clients.
- Foster strong relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
- Proficiency in both English and Spanish. (Required)
- Ability to effectively use financial software for analysis and reporting purposes.
- Excellent collaboration skills to work effectively within a sales team environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate complex information clearly to clients.
