Duties
- Manage full-cycle talent acquisition processes, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding new employees using HR systems such as Workday or SAP SuccessFactors.
- Facilitate employee orientation sessions to ensure smooth integration into the company culture and policies.
- Conduct employee evaluations and performance management activities to support professional development and organizational objectives.
- Administer benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and workers' compensation claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.
- Support change management initiatives by communicating organizational updates and assisting with transition processes.
- Maintain accurate HR data entry and records management within HRIS platforms like Oracle HCM or UltiPro.
- Handle employee relations issues with professionalism and confidentiality while applying conflict management techniques to resolve disputes effectively.
- Assist in compliance efforts related to employment law, OSHA regulations, FMLA policies, and affirmative action planning.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of human capital management principles and human resources management best practices.
- Proven experience in talent acquisition, recruitment strategies, and ATS tools such as iCIMS or Lever.
- Strong understanding of employment & labor law, HR legal compliance, and regulatory requirements across various jurisdictions.
- Proficiency in project management to coordinate multiple HR initiatives simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with employees at all levels and managing sensitive information discreetly.
- Skilled in data analysis using Excel or HR analytics tools for reporting on workforce metrics and performance trends.
- Familiarity with HR systems like Workday, PeopleSoft, Kronos, Paychex, or Dayforce for efficient personnel administration.
- Ability to develop training & development programs that enhance employee skills and career growth opportunities.
- Experience in organizational design, succession planning, and strategic workforce planning to align HR initiatives with business goals.

Pay: $68,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
