As a Forklift Operator for TRUE, you will be responsible for pulling/shipping orders daily in a timely manner. Doing your part to contribute to our promise of superior customer support.
This position is onsite at our Corporate Headquarters in St. Charles, MO. Shipping hours are Monday - Friday from 7:00am - 4:00pm CST.
Here's what a typical day holds:

Shipping/receiving orders utilizing Visibar/Scan gun process

Process bills of lading ensuring accuracy of piece count

Safely load LTL, truck load, and Container shipments

Stock shelves using first in first out method

Maintain a safe working environment by keeping aisles free of skids and debris and tidying up floors daily.
The skills you need to be successful in the role:

Must have forklift experience.

Must be able to work in a variable paced environment. Some weeks of the month are busier than others.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lb. of boxes on a regular basis and stand for long periods of time without sitting.
Physical requirements of the role:

Frequent lifting is required.

Physically shifting boxed strength equipment.

Must be able to stand for long periods of time.

Potential to walk up to 10,000 steps per day.

Warehouse is subject to varying temperatures.
