Job Overview
The Field Supervisor is accountable for on-the-ground execution of every cleaning job across Jersey Fresh Cleaning Pros, a division of Popland Industries. This role is the bridge between the office and the field — the single point of accountability for whether the work gets done, and gets done right.
Responsibilities
Build and adjust daily and weekly crew schedules across all client sites. Dispatch crews and confirm shift coverage. Track call-outs and no-shows, coordinating real-time replacements. Run the daily operations board and morning huddle. Own the quality checklist library for janitorial and related service lines. Conduct site inspections and quality walks, documenting findings with photos. Screen and interview field candidates. Onboard new hires on their first shift and pair them with a mentor. Maintain the frontline scheduling app.
What Success Looks Like
Every scheduled job covered by a qualified crew, on time. Quality inspection scores meeting or exceeding target. Low field turnover. Client complaints tied to execution trending down over time.
Requirements
Experience supervising cleaning, janitorial, or field service crews. Strong organizational and communication skills. Comfortable using scheduling and work order apps. Valid driver's license and reliable transportation between sites.
Pay: $20.00 - $26.00 per hour
