Outpatient Pulmonologist Physician Position, Fellowship Candidates Welcome
We are in search of a dedicated and skilled Lung Specialist Doctor to join an established single-specialty practice in Moultrie, GA. This full-time role provides the opportunity to collaborate with a board-certified Pulmonary/Critical Care physician and a mid-level provider, focusing on delivering comprehensive outpatient pulmonary care.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outpatient consultations and manage various pulmonary conditions.
- Perform bronchoscopies and related procedures in a hospital setting.
- Potential to precept and mentor medical students and residents.
- Maintain precise patient records and ensure consistent care.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM
- No on-call responsibilities for pulmonology.

Requirements:
- Completion or near completion of Internal Medicine residency and Pulmonology fellowship.
- Board-certified or board-eligible with certification expected within five years if eligible.
- Eligible for a Georgia medical license or via the Interstate Medical Licensure Compact.
Managed Conditions and Procedures:
- Asthma, Bronchitis, COPD, Emphysema, and other chronic respiratory conditions.
- Interstitial Lung Disease, Lung Cancer, Sarcoidosis.
- Occupational lung disease and sleep disorders like sleep apnea.
- Management of chronic cough and shortness of breath.
