Schepers Concrete is a growing concrete construction company with over 30 years of experience in the industry. As our workload continues to grow, we are looking to add Concrete Foremen and Concrete Laborers to our team.
We are looking for motivated individuals who want more than just a job. We want people who are interested in building a long-term career in the concrete industry and growing with our company.

Pay
Starting at $20 per hour for entry-level with no experience
Higher starting pay available for experienced workers
Opportunities for raises and advancement
Responsibilities
Assist with forming, pouring, and finishing concrete
Site preparation and job site cleanup
Operate basic construction tools and equipment
Work as part of a team to complete projects efficiently
Foreman candidates will oversee crews and coordinate job site work
Qualifications
Construction or concrete experience preferred (not required for laborers)
Strong work ethic and reliability
Ability to work outdoors in various conditions
Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical labor
Valid driver’s license required
