Nestea Recruiting is assisting with recruitment on behalf of Dermafix Spa for an Aesthetic Registered Nurse position at its Wildwood, Florida location.
Dermafix Spa is seeking a licensed Registered Nurse to support scheduled client visits in an outpatient aesthetic spa setting. This role includes intake review, documentation, room preparation, safety procedures, client observation during assigned services, and communication with the supervising provider and clinic team.
This is an on-site position in Wildwood, FL. The selected candidate will be employed directly by Dermafix Spa. Nestea Recruiting is assisting with recruitment and candidate communication only and is not the direct employer.
Work Setting
Dermafix Spa provides scheduled aesthetic, cosmetic, and wellness services in a professional outpatient setting.
This is not a hospital, emergency-care, or home health role. The position is best suited for a nurse who is comfortable working in a client-facing clinic environment where organization, documentation, safety awareness, and professional communication are important.
Client Visit Support
The Aesthetic Registered Nurse will assist the clinic team before, during, and after scheduled services.
The role may include:
- Reviewing client intake forms, health history, and service-related screening details
- Preparing service rooms, supplies, and equipment before appointments
- Assisting with client preparation for scheduled aesthetic and wellness services
- Supporting providers and clinic staff during appointment-based visits
- Observing clients during assigned services and reporting concerns appropriately
- Providing approved pre-service and post-service instructions
- Maintaining client privacy, comfort, and safety throughout the visit
Documentation and Communication
Accurate records and clear communication are important parts of this role.
Responsibilities may include:
- Completing charting, consent documentation, service notes, and related records accurately
- Following Dermafix Spa procedures for privacy, sanitation, infection prevention, and workplace safety
- Communicating professionally with providers, management, team members, and clients
- Escalating service-related concerns, unusual observations, clinical questions, or client concerns to the supervising provider
- Maintaining organized service areas and supplies
- Participating in required onboarding, training, meetings, and protocol education
Required License and Skills
- Active Registered Nurse license in good standing
- Ability to work on-site in Wildwood, Florida
- Comfort working directly with clients in an outpatient aesthetic spa setting
- Strong documentation and communication skills
- Reliable attendance and punctuality
- Careful attention to detail
- Ability to follow written procedures and provider direction
- Willingness to complete required paid training before performing assigned responsibilities
Training Before Assigned Responsibilities
Dermafix Spa provides paid training before the selected nurse performs assigned responsibilities.
Training may include clinic workflow, safety expectations, documentation standards, aesthetic service protocols, sanitation procedures, privacy practices, and provider-directed support processes.
Previous aesthetic spa, medspa, cosmetic, or dermatology experience is helpful but not required for qualified candidates who are willing to complete training. Required training hours are paid.
Registered Nurses who are newly licensed or interested in aesthetic and wellness care are encouraged to apply.
Candidates with an active RN license will be considered if they demonstrate professionalism, reliability, strong communication skills, careful documentation habits, and willingness to learn Dermafix Spa’s procedures.

Compensation
$20.00–$28.00 per hour
Pay is based on experience, qualifications, and relevant skills. Required training hours are paid. Additional compensation details, if applicable, will be reviewed during the hiring process.
Schedule Information
This position is scheduled for four workdays per week, including Sunday and three weekday shifts. Typical shifts are approximately 7–8 hours.
Clinic operating hours:
Monday–Friday: 10:00 AM–6:00 PM
Sunday: 11:00 AM–6:00 PM
Occasional time before opening or after closing may be needed for preparation, documentation, training, or administrative tasks. Final schedule details will be reviewed during the interview process.
