About the Role
As a Hardware Systems Technician, you will play a vital role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our computing infrastructure. You will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and optimizing high-volume hardware to ensure seamless operational efficiency and technical reliability.
Responsibilities-
Perform comprehensive diagnostic testing, troubleshooting, and hardware repairs on a high volume of desktop and laptop systems.

Execute hardware upgrades, including the installation and configuration of RAM and other internal components.

Navigate and modify BIOS settings to ensure optimal system performance and compatibility.

Manage inventory control by tracking hardware parts and maintaining accurate stock documentation.

Conduct rigorous quality control inspections to ensure all repaired equipment meets performance standards.

Maintain detailed technical documentation of all repairs and system modifications to support team knowledge sharing.
Qualifications-
Proven ability to troubleshoot and repair electronic hardware components.

Strong understanding of computer architecture, including BIOS navigation and internal hardware upgrades.

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organizational skills with a focus on efficient problem-solving.

Capacity to follow precise technical instructions and work collaboratively within a team.

Prior experience working with All-In-One (AIO) computer systems.

Background in electronic parts sourcing and supply chain coordination.
