Responsibilities
- Morning beach setup and evening closure
- Maintain cleanliness of pool and beach areas
- Assist residents and guests throughout the day
- Replenish water and ice
- Provide excellent customer service and ensure guest satisfaction
Requirements
- Previous beach experience required
- Must be able to lift 50+ lbs
- Comfortable working outdoors
- Must be reliable, detail-oriented, and professional
- Must be willing to work early mornings, weekends, and holidays
Experience
- Beach and Pool Attendant: 2 years (Required)
- Beach Staff: 2 years (Required)
Language
- English (Required)
- Spanish (Preferred)
Schedule
- Full-time & Part-time
- 10-hour shifts
- 36–40 hours per week
Seasonal Hours
- Spring/Summer: 8:45 AM – 6:00 PM
- Fall/Winter: 7:45 AM – 5:00 PM
Pay
- $15–$16 per hour
- Tips split equally at the end of each shift
