Food Production Associates – Multiple Openings
Express Employment Professionals is hiring for multiple positions in a fast-paced food manufacturing facility in the Rochester area!
We are currently hiring for:
- Packaging Associates
- Machine Operators
- Forklift Operators
Available Shifts:
- 1st Shift
- 2nd Shift
- 3rd Shift
What You'll Do:
- Package and inspect food products for quality and accuracy
- Operate production machinery safely and efficiently (Machine Operators)
- Move materials and finished products using a forklift (Forklift Operators)
- Keep work areas clean and follow sanitation procedures
- Follow all food safety, GMP, HACCP, and company quality standards
- Maintain production goals while working in a team environment
- Assist with general production duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, food production, or forklift experience is a plus, but many positions will train the right candidates
- Ability to work in a refrigerated and freezer environment throughout the shift
- Comfortable standing, bending, lifting, and performing repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable attendance and a positive work ethic
- Forklift certification or experience preferred for forklift openings
Work Environment:
- Refrigerated and freezer temperatures
- Fast-paced food production facility
- PPE provided
