Duties
- Assist with food preparation tasks, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation.
- Help maintain cleanliness and sanitation in the kitchen and dining areas.
- Operate the POS system efficiently to process customer orders accurately.
- Buss tables promptly to ensure a clean and welcoming environment for guests.
- Collaborate with team members to deliver outstanding service and support during busy periods.
- Follow all safety and health regulations while preparing food and handling kitchen equipment.
- Engage with customers, providing assistance and answering questions about menu items.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or culinary setting is preferred but not required.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment with strong communication skills.
- Basic knowledge of retail math is beneficial for handling transactions accurately.
- Must be able to perform food preparation tasks while adhering to sanitation standards.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
