About the Role:
ALL STAR SCHOOLS LLC is looking for a passionate and patient Driving School Instructor to join our team in Rancho Cucamonga, CA! This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by helping new drivers build the confidence and skills they need to stay safe on the road.
Responsibilities:
- Provide behind-the-wheel driving instruction to students of varying skill levels
- Conduct in-car lessons covering defensive driving techniques, traffic laws, and road safety
- Evaluate student progress and provide constructive feedback to improve driving performance
- Maintain accurate student records, lesson logs, and progress reports
- Ensure the safety of students during all driving sessions
- Prepare students for the DMV driving test and licensing requirements
- Perform pre-trip vehicle inspections to ensure the training vehicle is safe and road-ready
Requirements:
- Valid California Driving School Instructor License (or ability to obtain one)
- Clean driving record with no major violations
- Strong knowledge of California DMV rules, traffic laws, and road safety standards
- Patient, calm, and encouraging demeanor with students of all ages
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Reliable, punctual, and professional attitude
