Job Overview
The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of the property, ensuring an appealing, safe, clean, and well-functioning environment for residents. The ideal candidate is hands-on, service-oriented, and experienced in both general maintenance and seasonal property care.
Key Responsibilities
· Perform routine maintenance and repairs on apartment homes, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, and carpentry
· Complete resident and management requests in a timely, professional manner
· Conduct preventative maintenance to reduce long-term repair costs
· Complete unit turns, including inspections, repairs, and readiness for new residents.
· Maintain cleanliness and curb appeal of the community, including common areas and amenities.
· Inspect buildings, systems, and grounds regularly to identify and address issues.
· Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies.
· Maintain pool and spa areas, including water chemistry, cleaning, and equipment checks and repair coordination.
· Observe and promote safety and risk management in accordance with local, federal, state, and company rules and regulations.
· Promote customer satisfaction by maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and curb appeal, and interact courteously and professionally with current and potential residents at all times.
· Foster a positive, active and collaborative relationship with residents, other properties and associated agencies.
· Participate in on-call rotation to address after-hours maintenance emergencies.
· Respond promptly and professionally to urgent maintenance requests.
Qualifications
· 1-3 years of maintenance experience in multifamily, commercial, or related field.
· Working knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, fire protection, and general repair.
· Certifications/licenses as required by local, state, or other regulations.
· Ability to safely operate maintenance tools and equipment.
· Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and active auto insurance.
· Ability to work after hours, weekends, holidays, and on-call as scheduled.

Pay: From $25.00 per hour
