Our firm is seeking a detail-oriented Legal Assistant to provide administrative support for an attorney. The ideal candidate for this position has prior experience in a professional office environment, knowledge of real estate contracts, notes, mortgage and/or title insurance. Familiarity with Microsoft Word required. Familiarity with computers in general required. Must be friendly and customer-focused.
Responsibilities:
- Interface with title companies and other clients to gather information for contract drafting by the attorney
- Work with contract and other templates as directed by the attorney
- Prepare legal correspondence as directed by the attorney
- Prepare Legal Service Agreements and Invoices
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
