Duties
- Perform a wide range of aesthetic treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and laser treatments with precision and care.
- Provide spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care to enhance client beauty routines.
- Conduct skin analysis and recommend personalized skincare regimens utilizing professional products for optimal results.
- Educate clients on skincare routines, product demos, and the benefits of various aesthetic treatments to promote client satisfaction and loyalty.
- Maintain strict sanitation and hygiene standards across all treatment areas, ensuring compliance with health regulations.
- Engage with clients through effective communication skills to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions that meet their expectations.
- Assist with retail sales by recommending appropriate skincare products and conducting product demonstrations to boost revenue.
Skills
- Extensive knowledge of skincare treatments including facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, dermabrasion, and esthetic laser treatments.
- Proficiency in spa services such as body waxing, waxing services, eyelash extensions, makeup application, and nail care.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and empathetically with clients of diverse backgrounds.
- Experience in sanitation practices to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for clients and staff.
- Ability to perform deep tissue massage and other aesthetic treatments confidently while maintaining professionalism.
- Sales acumen for retail product demos and promoting skincare lines effectively to clients.
- Excellent communication skills for client consultation and team collaboration to deliver outstanding service experiences.
