We’re currently located in Chino Valley and are excited to be relocating into our beautiful new Prescott office this winter.

About This Role
This position works directly alongside our provider to deliver exceptional patient care while helping ensure the smooth day-to-day operation of the practice.
You’ll assist with both medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures, support patients throughout their visit, and become an integral part of a team that truly enjoys taking care of people.

Responsibilities
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Preparing patients for examination and documenting dermatology history
- Assisting with medical and cosmetic dermatology procedures
- Clinical documentation before, during, and after patient visits
- Assisting with biopsies, excisions, benign lesion removals, and cosmetic procedures
- Administering lidocaine injections as directed
- Patient education regarding diagnoses, procedures, medications, and aftercare
- Taking clinical photographs with patient consent
- Managing pathology specimens and laboratory coordination
- Maintaining accurate documentation within the EMR
- Preparing and sterilizing instruments and treatment rooms
- Maintaining inventory and stocking clinical supplies
- Supporting front office operations when needed
- Helping create an exceptional patient experience from start to finish
Qualifications
Required
- Minimum 1 year of dermatology experience
- Certified Medical Assistant (CMA or RMA)
- Experience using an Electronic Medical Record (EMR)
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Preferred
- Bilingual (English/Spanish)
