Your Role
- Lead the operational rollout of new commercial roofing service divisions
- Develop the playbook that future markets will follow
- Coach, mentor, and support General Managers and Service Leaders
- Drive service, repair, maintenance, and re-roofing growth across multiple markets
- Partner with executive leadership to improve systems, processes, and operational standards
- Coordinate recruiting, operations, estimating, sales, and corporate support functions to ensure successful launches
Requirements
- Proven commercial roofing service and maintenance leadership experience
- Experience developing leaders and building scalable processes
- Comfortable travelling approximately 50%
