Overview:
We are seeking a Warehouse & Maintenance Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for various warehouse activities, including: picking/packing, order fulfillment, quality control, and inventory management. In addition, light maintenance
Responsibilities:
- Opening and Closing of warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks to unload and load trucks
- Lift up to 50LBS as needed
- Perform quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments
- Assist in order fulfillment by picking, packing, and shipping and labeling products
- Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse
- Snow blowing/removal in winter (Applicant must live within 10 miles.)
- Maintain warehouse equipment
Skills:
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks as required
- Keen attention to detail
- Previous experience in warehouse management is desirable, but not necessary
- Knowledge of working with tools and minor repairs to warehouse and equipment
