Job Overview
Our FOH team is looking to expand and we need a reliable, detail-oriented, and highly
empathetic Food Runner to help us grow and refine our level of hospitality provided for every
guest. AATMA @ Widowmaker Brewery (Brighton) is a fast-paced environment, and the best
candidate will be flexible, team-oriented, and willing to put the guest at the forefront of every
experience. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.
This is absolutely a growth opportunity. AATMA is seeking long-term to build our community
throughout the Greater Boston area, and we help our team members master the industry and become fully-realized hospitality professionals through education, training, and more. While previous FOH restaurant experience is welcomed, those without experience but who have a desire to serve, tell stories, and create memories are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities
● Support the hospitality team by bringing completed dishes to guests at indoor and
outdoor tables, and the bar
● Verbalize clear and understandable drop lines on all completed dishes
● Bus and reset tables to maintain a clean and welcoming dining area
● Maintain organization and cleanliness of the front of house through pre-, during, and
post-shift tasks
● Help with catering events, pop-ups, or special functions as needed
● Communicate clearly with the kitchen and hospitality team to ensure smooth service
● Follow all health, sanitation, and safety policies required by MA regulations
Qualifications
● Experience in restaurants, catering, hotels, or fast-paced food service is not required,
though 2+ years is preferred
● Prior experience with Indian cuisine is preferred but not required
● Strong work ethic and ability to stay organized under pressure
● Comfortable on your feet and able to lift up to 40 lbs
● Team-oriented with a positive, “jump in where needed” mindset
● Availability to work evenings, weekends, and event-based shifts
● ServSafe certification a plus (not required; we can help you obtain it)

Pay: $20+/hr, combining hourly and tip pool
Expected hours: 15-40 hours per week, depending on schedule and availability
