Sage Demolition is looking for a dependable, heavy diesel mechanic to diagnose and maintain our fleet of heavy equipment and heavy diesel trucks. Every day starts and ends at our shop in Layton, Utah.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix a wide range of mechanical issues on Heavy Equipment & Heavy Diesel Trucks
- Work with fleet manager to source and order parts
- Work with fleet manager to maintain all machines & trucks
- Required
- Experience/training in heavy diesel mechanic abilities
- Clean driving record (MVR review required)
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Valid DOT Medical certificate
- Strong sense of punctuality and reliability
- Ability to work in outdoor, active construction/demolition environments
- Preferred
- Familiarity with demolition or construction job site operations
- Proficient in Spanish
