Duties and Responsibilities
Oversee store operations to ensure all standards are being met
Assist customers
Sell product using POS system accurately
Directly supervise assistants and associates
Develop employees by provide training to new and current employees
Assess employee performance and provide feedback
Conduct performance reviews and disciplinary action
Analyze reports to make impactful decisions to increase sales
Complete reports timely and accurately
Create effective schedules with business interests in mind
Complete payroll procedures accurately
Conduct screenings, interviews, and reference checks
Manage inventory levels
Maintain appropriate level of supplies in the store
Monitor store for maintenance issues and repairs needed
Maintain store cleanliness and uphold standards
Perform opening and closing duties accurately
Make bank deposits as needed
Handle cash and other forms of payment properly
Maintain effective relationships with employees, customers, and outside vendors
Know and adhere to security and safety standards
Execute sale/floor sets when needed
Enforce all G Spot policies and procedures
Motivate employees and maintain positive morale
Assist with kitchen prep and duties

Physical Demands
Perform all duties by either standing or walking for 8+ hours a day
Lift/carry up to 50 lbs. of product from the back office to the sales floor to put out for purchase
Small and repetitive finger movements required for unboxing and unwrapping product
Stocking merchandise with require bending, crouching, and stooping
Pressing keys on registers, scanners, and other electronic devices
Straighten product requires repetitive arm and hand movements
Occasionally climb ladders to clean or place product throughout the store
Cleaning requires repetitive arm and hand motions when sweeping, mopping, dusting, wiping, and vacuuming

Store Manager Position Description
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
