Care Pavilion Nursing & Rehab Center is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our full-time therapy team. What You’ll Do
Provide occupational therapy treatments under the direction of the Occupational Therapist
Help residents improve independence with daily living skills such as dressing, grooming, mobility, and self-care
Assist in implementing individualized therapy treatment plans
Document therapy sessions and resident progress using Net Health
Work closely with the interdisciplinary care team to support resident goals and outcomes
Encourage residents through creative and functional therapy interventions
What We’re Looking For
Licensed Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA)
Active state license (or eligibility)
Experience in SNF/LTC preferred, but motivated candidates are encouraged to apply
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A positive attitude and passion for helping others regain independence
