ROBERTSON'S AUTO SALVAGE
We are currently looking for a parts delivery driver. If you are a motivated, hardworking individual with an attention to detail and good driving record, we want to talk to you! Automotive knowledge is a plus, but we are willing to trail the right applicant.
Job Responsibilities:
- Delivery of parts to vendors and customers
- Loading of truck in the morning
- Verify all parts are correct
- Load truck in a manner where parts will not get damaged, and were early deliveries will be easily accessible and not blocked by anything.
- Must have vehicle checked out before departing for the day, to verify everything is correct
- Keep drivers manifest updated with all deliveries and stops
- When making delivery, collect payment from customer (if they are COD), or have them sign for delivery (if they have an account with us)
Job Requirements:
- Must be willing to work Mon-Fri 7:45-5PM (Possibly later)
- Lift up to 75 pounds
- Some Automotive part knowledge, and willingness to learn
- Operate a manual pallet jack and dolly
- Read and write in English
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to handle a fast paced environment
