We're looking for a passionate individual to join our team as a Part-Time Radio Board Operator. No prior experience is needed – we will provide full training!
Job Description: As a Part-Time Radio Board Operator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our radio broadcasts run smoothly. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who loves radio and wants to gain hands-on experience in the industry. You will be responsible for operating the control board and working closely with our on-air talent and production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate the radio control board during live and recorded broadcasts.
- Monitor and adjust audio levels to ensure clear, high-quality sound.
- Learn to troubleshoot technical issues promptly.
Requirements:
- No prior experience needed – we will provide comprehensive training.
- Must be a local resident the local surrounding area.
- Basic computer skills and a willingness to learn new technology.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work efficiently.
- Excellent communication skills and a team player mentality.
- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Help set up and take down equipment for remote broadcasts and special events
