We're seeking a highly skilled ID OD Rotary Grinding Machinist to join a growing manufacturing team. This client has a proven track record with products all around the world!!

Schedule
1st Shift: Monday-Friday
Hours: 6:00/7:00 AM – 2:30/3:30 PM
Pay: $34.00-$42.00+ per hour (Depending on Experience)
What You'll Do
- Set up and operate one or more CNC grinding machines.
- Perform precision Inside Diameter (ID), Outside Diameter (OD), and Rotary Grinding operations.
- Operate multiple grinding machines simultaneously based on production needs.
- Perform in-process inspections using precision measuring tools to ensure parts meet print specifications.
- Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and work instructions.
- Record production, labor, and material usage using barcode scanning and work order systems.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Assist with other machining and production duties as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of machining experience (grinding experience preferred).
- Experience setting up and operating CNC grinding equipment.
- Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
- Experience working with close tolerances and precision parts.
- Strong shop math skills and ability to perform machining calculations.
- High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
