Responsible for gathering building information, analyzing data and utilizing industry standards for the development of custodial staff workload assignments. Implement and maintain a standardized process management system for a large work unit to ensure work assignments are data driven and equitable.

Utilize standardized project management tools, building profile documentation, workloading templates, spreadsheets, and job assignment cards to develop and manage workloading for Custodial Services staff.

Determine cleanable square footage and gather pertinent facility information such as fixture counts, space usage, architectural finishes, traffic load, etc.

Maintain records for space and workloading information. Abide by consistent standards to improve processes across the organization.

Develop statistical information through the collection of data and make use of information to develop and maintain standardized workloading methodology

Produce employee assignment job cards based on results of workloading. Update the periodic employee rotation. Rotation is updated every two months or when an employee is hired or transferred.

Prepare management reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, presentation materials, etc.

Assist in implementation of revised work assignments and in training staff. Facilitate communication with custodial staff and building clients to gather and disseminate information.

Conduct annual Custodial Equipment Inventory. Maintain inventory of Custodial Services equipment. Update inventory as equipment is moved, received, or taken out of service.
High school graduation or GED. Experience in data collection and information analysis. Experience with project management and meeting milestones and deadlines. Strong mathematical skills. Accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail. Ability to work collaboratively with others to achieve goals. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, Power Point database tools and editing PDF documents. Demonstrated analytical, communication, and customer service skills. Able to read and understand basic building plans. Must maintain a Texas Driver’s License and acceptable driving record.
Bachelor's degree. More than four years of above experience. Demonstrated ability and experience in effective communication and collaboration with upper management, clients, project team members, and workers. Expert level in Microsoft Excel. Experience in making and delivering presentations. Familiar with Operating System 1 (OS1) cleaning system. Familiar with basic inventory control procedures, including spreadsheet management and equipment marking.
This job requires a class "C" operator's driver's license. The applicant selected must provide a current three year driving record from the current state of residence. If not currently a Texas resident, a Texas driver's license must be obtained within 30 days of becoming a Texas resident. Employees who are required to have a CDL are subject to drug and alcohol testing (pre-employment, post-accident, reasonable suspicion, random, return-to-duty, and follow-up drug and alcohol testing).
