Overview
St. Luke's Lutheran Church is seeking a part-time Office Manager & Communications Coordinator to support the administrative and communication needs of the congregation.
Responsibilities include preparing worship bulletins and newsletters, maintaining membership records, coordinating volunteer schedules, managing office communications, supporting church events and publications, overseeing social media and website updates, and assisting with general office operations.
The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational, communication, and computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, AI and digital design tools such as Canva.
Experience in office administration, communications, or a related field is preferred. Background checks will be required. This position has flexible hours, approximately 16 per week, Monday – Thursday.
