Position Overview:
We are a growing flooring distribution company seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. This role is essential in supporting daily operations by providing excellent service to our customers and internal sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer incoming calls and respond to general customer inquiries
Transfer calls to appropriate departments or sales representatives
Check product availability and provide accurate stock information
Process orders and assist with order status updates
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics teams as needed
Maintain accurate customer records and notes in the system
Provide professional and friendly support to clients and partners
Qualifications:
Previous customer service experience (distribution or building materials industry preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
Basic computer skills and familiarity with order entry systems
