Join the FirstLight Home Care Team – Now Hiring Caregivers for Night Shifts in Licking County!
FirstLight Home Care is currently hiring caregivers for night shifts in the Licking County area. We offer extra pay for weekends, up to $18.50 per hour.
Your Role as a Caregiver:
- Offer companionship and meaningful conversation
- Help with bathing, grooming, and other personal care tasks
- Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed
- Support clients with light housekeeping and laundry
- Assist with errands, shopping, and transportation
- Follow care plans and communicate effectively with the care team
Requirements:
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and current car insurance
- Previous caregiving experience is a plus — but we’re happy to train the right person
- Kind, patient, and dependable with a heart for service
- Comfortable following care instructions and being present for your client
- Able to manage the demands of the role with compassion and professionalism
